At MTX Audio, we are serious about sound®. Therefore, if you are not "blown away" with your purchase, for any reason, you can return any items purchased directly from MTX.com that are complete and like new within 30 days. Products purchased from authorized MTX retailers must be returned through that same retailer. Products purchased through non-authorized MTX retailers may not be returned.
For the fastest and most accurate return, please send your request to us via email at MTXWarranty@MTX.com to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for your return. If you happen to call us, we will kindly ask you to send your request via email so that we can record it in writing.
We must have a copy of your original invoice before issuing any Return Authorizations. Please also remember to include a copy of your original invoice inside the return as well. We also require that you add the provided RA number as an ‘Attention To’ line to the shipping label to help us process your request even faster.
All returned merchandise must be in original condition, and must include the original factory box (UPC bar codes and serial numbers must be intact), factory packaging, peripherals (wires, hardware, etc.), and all instruction booklets. The RA number must not be written or printed on the product box or packaging.
MTX thoroughly inspects our returns upon arrival. If all conditions stated above are not met, we reserve the right to refuse credit. On all credit refusals, the customer is responsible for all return freight and/or disposal costs.
Return Authorization Requests are held open for 30 days from the date of approval and will be closed after that time rendering all agreements to the authorization null and void.

Products that are not eligible for return for any of the above reason(s) will be sent back to you at your cost and expense.
MTX Audio is proud to offer free ground (standard) shipping within the contiguous 48 United States on all orders over $99.99 (before tax), and only $4.99 per order for all other purchases shipped ground within the contiguous 48 United States. Items to be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii are not eligible for free ground shipping and expedited shipping must be selected by the user at checkout. All items shipped to a Canadian addresss are also not eligible for free ground shipping and the purchaser is responsible for selecting the appropriate shipping method at checkout.
Occasionally, orders may require a LTL delivery to which additional charges may apply. Expedited freight is available upon request. We are pleased to offer fast shipping at affordable prices. Shipping fees for expedited freight and LTL shipments are based on package weight, dimensions, destination and transit times. Orders placed and paid before 12:00PM CST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00PM CST will ship the next business day.
MTX Audio ships orders from our Illinois distribution warehouse. On occasion, orders will be fulfilled by our Phoenix, AZ facility in order to reduce shipping times. The shipping times below refer to items labeled with an availability of In Stock – Ships the Same or Next Business Day.

The shipping methods listed above are for residential and commercial destinations within the continental 48 United States. MTX Audio primarily uses Fed Ex and USPS to ship orders. To provide the most affordable rates, small items will be shipped via USPS Flat Rate or First Class postage and will be delivered directly to your mailbox. Shipments to military addresses and PO Boxes will only ship via USPS.
Once an order has been shipped, we send our customers an email with the tracking number for the order. Click on the tracking link in the email to follow the location of the package on the carrier's website. If you did not receive a tracking number by email or need to confirm the tracking information, please contact us at 1-800-CALL-MTX or email us at mtx@mtx.com .
Each order placed on MTX Audio goes through our processing department before it can be shipped. If 3 business days have passed since you submitted payment and you have not received an email with tracking information, please log in to your account to track your orders and/or contact us immediately via phone at 1-800-CALL- MTX or email us at mtx@mtx.com.
Orders with different billing and shipping addresses may require longer processing times due to an additional verification procedure. The additional verification and processing time is in an effort to protect our customers from online fraud.
If a request to change the shipping address is made after the package leaves the MTX Audio warehouse, it is subject to an Address Intercept Fee imposed by the shipping carrier. The amount of the fee varies according to the shipping carrier and the destination of the package. MTX Audio will do its best to work with the shipping carriers to make these changes so that your package arrives at the correct address. Please be aware that not all shipping carriers will accept address intercept changes. This policy is in accordance with the security measures and agreements made with our third party shipping companies.
Due to the valuable contents of some shipments, all orders over $500 must be signed for at delivery. You must ensure someone will be available at the shipping location who is over 18 years old and able to sign for delivery. Failure to do this may result in additional shipping costs that will be the buyer's responsibility prior to any re-shipments. Please understand that this is a security measure taken by our Company to ensure the safe delivery of each package and guarantee excellent service. Many of our third-party shipping carriers and payment companies require signatures upon delivery to protect against fraud and theft.
In stock, approved orders are shipped the same or next day, Monday – Thursday, within 24 hrs of your order being placed. In stock, approved orders placed Friday – Sunday, or over holidays, will ship the following business day.
Our Shipping Guarantee applies only to shipments delayed due to our service failure. We will not guarantee shipments for the following circumstances.

Mitek Mobile products (including MTX, Streetwires, Coustic and Magnum) purchased in the USA after 1/1/2015 from an authorized Mitek retailer are guaranteed to be free from material defects in products and workmanship for two (2) years to the original end user purchaser, subject to the terms and conditions below.
The warranty period begins the day the product is purchased by the end user, and is limited to the original retail purchaser of the product.
Products found to be defective in materials or workmanship during the first 2 years will be, at Mitek's option, repaired or replaced by Mitek at no charge. When a product is replaced during first 2 years, the warranty does not renew, it continues on from the original date of purchase.
Note:MTX Competition level subwoofers includingJackHammer SuperWoofers, models T9922-22 and T9924-22, and 95 Series SuperWoofers, models 9515-22 and 9512-22, are not covered by any manufacturer warranty.
This warranty does not cover the product if it has been subject to neglect, abuse, misuse, incorrect connection, or if it has been subject to unauthorized repair or alterations of any nature, or if the serial number has been altered or removed, and the warranty does not extend to cosmetics or finish. This warranty only applies to products installed and used in the USA.

If you did not purchase the product directly from Mitek, a proof of purchase must be provided in order to receive warranty consideration. You will be issued a Return Authorization (RA) number which must be written on the outside of the package before returning the product to Mitek. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility when returning product to MTX.
THE LIMITED WARRANTIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MITEK DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES, AND DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ALL WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY LAW, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE EXTENT THAT APPLICABLE LAW PROHIBITS THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, THE DURATION OF ANY APPLICABLE IMPLIED WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE PERIOD SPECIFIED FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTY. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Any oral or written description of any Mitek product is for the sole purpose of identifying it and shall not be construed as an express warranty.
MITEK'S OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE A CREDIT, OR REPAIR OR REPLACE AT MITEK'S OPTION, SHALL BE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND MITEK'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE OBLIGATION. MITEK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE MITEK PRODUCT, ITS USE OR PERFORMANCE. Incidental damages include, but are not limited to, such damages as loss of time and loss of use. Consequential damages include, but are not limited to, the cost of repairing or replacing other property which was damaged if the Mitek product does not work properly.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. This limited warranty supersedes all prior warranties and is not transferable from the original consumer purchaser.
Any assistance Mitek provides to or procures for you outside the terms, limitations or exclusions of this limited warranty will not constitute a waiver of such terms, limitations or exclusions, nor will such assistance extend or revive the warranty. Mitek will not reimburse you for any expenses incurred by you in repairing or replacing any defective product, except for those incurred with Mitek's prior written permission.
MTX products purchased in the USA from an authorized MTX dealer are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for the period of time specified below, the warranty period begins the day the product is purchased by the end user. MTX disclaims any liability for other incurred damages resulting from product defects. Any expenses in the removal and reinstallation of products are not covered by this warranty. MTX’s total liability will not exceed the purchase price of the product. If a defect is present, your authorized MTX dealer may be able to effect repairs. Proof of purchase is required when requesting service, so please retain your sales receipt, and take a moment to register your product on line at MTX.com.
