The IsoFlare™ FP Series brings Atlas+Fyne's benchmark point source technology to open-ceiling and pendant mount applications. Designed for prestigious commercial environments where a conventional ceiling or wall-mount installation is not possible, the FP-8THC delivers the same consistent voicing and measured performance as the IsoFlare FC (ceiling) and FS (surface mount) series — ensuring seamless sonic integration across mixed-format installations. This was engineering exclusively for high ceilings.
The IsoFlare™ driver places low- and high-frequency drivers at a common center point, propagating a spherical wavefront that is homogeneously aligned on all axes. The result is exceptional phase coherence, natural stereo imaging, outstanding speech intelligibility, and constant 100° directivity — even well off-axis. Unlike standard coaxial designs, IsoFlare exhibits excellent harmonic alignment between HF and LF sources, delivering accurate and natural reproduction with superb tonal balance.
Premium crossover components — including air core inductors and polypropylene capacitors — minimize signal loss and coloration. The ferrofluid-cooled titanium high-frequency driver with neodymium magnet system ensures extended dynamic headroom and long-term reliability. Fluted Surround Technology eliminates mis-termination coloration for greater musical accuracy.
An integrated low insertion loss 60W 70V/100V transformer with easy-access tap selector switch makes the FP Series equally at home in distributed commercial audio systems and low-impedance installations. Available in FP-4T (4"), FP-6T (6"), FP-8T (8"), FP-8T-HC (8" High Ceiling), and FP-8ST (Subwoofer) models.
