The Warranty Repair Technician will diagnose and provide quality repair services to MiTek customers.

The Customer Experience Representative will respond to a high volume of inbound telephone calls, emails, and online tickets from direct and indirect customers and representatives regarding order placement (Purchase Orders), Warranty Claims, and Stock Rotations.  The position will coordinate the calls, emails, or tickets in an appropriate manner and administer promotional programs, resolve order problems with shipping, order entry or product failure as determined and/or coordinate with other MiTek Partners.  The position is also responsible for customer warranty claims and credit returns from the start of the process to the finish.  The Customer Experience Representative has the ultimate responsibility for the repair or replacement of a quality product that is to be returned to the customer. 

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Assembler to support our Manufacturing Department.  Ideal candidates will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be self-motivated, able to multi-task and work efficiently.

The Assembler II will assemble, test and package electronic sub-assemblies.  The position will include some soldering.

The Senior Software Engineer is responsible for Architecture, design, and Implementation of AtlasIED product software.  This position is also responsible for critical testing and triaging of problems prior to, and during, product validation.
