We are seeking an experienced and energetic Senior Vice President of Human Resources.  Ideal candidates will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be self-motivated, able to multi-task and work efficiently. 

The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Human Resources is a senior executive responsible for developing and executing the organization’s human capital strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction. The SVP of HR leads all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, organizational development, performance management, compliance, and culture initiatives. This role partners closely with executive leadership to build a high-performing workforce and foster an engaging, inclusive workplace culture.

This role is on-site, 5 days a week. Remote option is not available.

Essential Functions

  • Strategic Leadership

    · Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.

    · Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team.

    · Lead workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.

    · Drive organizational change and transformation efforts.

  • Talent Management

    · Oversee recruitment, retention, and talent development programs.

    · Build leadership development and succession pipelines.

    · Establish performance management frameworks and employee growth programs.

  • Employee Relations & Culture

    · Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.

    · Resolve complex employee relations matters.

    · Lead employee engagement and wellness initiatives.

  • Compensation & Benefits

    · Direct executive compensation strategies and employee benefits programs.

    · Ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.

    · Monitor compensation trends and recommend improvements.

  • Compliance & Risk Management

    · Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR regulations.

    · Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.

    · Manage workplace investigations and legal HR matters.

  • HR Operations & Technology

    · Oversee HR systems, analytics, and operational efficiency.

    · Use workforce data and metrics to support business decisions.


Essential Tasks

  • Investigate and report on accidents for insurance carriers.
  • Represent MITEK/AtlasIED at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
  • Assist with all domestic relocation services to include immigration services and work visas.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master’s Degree or MBA preferred

Experience

  • Minimum of ten years of HR leadership experience, in a company with 250+ employees
  • Minimum of five years of international HR leadership experience preferred

Skills & Abilities

  • Proficient with all MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook)
  • Ability to learn HRIS Systems
  • Proficient knowledge of Federal and State employment laws and training experience
  • Experience with International employment laws
  • Proficient knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines
  • Ability to create and conduct presentations and training from small to large size groups
  • Ability to maintain a personal or company credit card
  • Ability to maintain highest degree of confidentiality
  • Ability to analyze issues and recommend actions
  • Ability to manage professionals who exercise latitude and independence in assignments
  • Extensive experience with executive leadership, strategic thinking, change management, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, data-driven decision making, talent development
  • Extensive experience with communication and negotiation skills

Certificates & Licenses

PHR Certification preferred, but not required


Working conditions are normal for an office environment.

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
